Quit whining. We used to cross the country in wagon trains and it would take months. Recently I flew from Chicago to Amsterdam with food poisoning and in bad weather. Expensive ticket, missed connections, long delays, jostling and impatient people, a detour through Frankfurt, and I shat and barfed my way across the Atlantic. I was glad to get there. Stumbling through Schiphol airport exhausted and dehydrated and smiling in victory. I had no complaints.
